In accordance with Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, Party A and Party B reach an agreement on the lease matter and sign the following contract:
Leasing subject: Party A leases the shop to Party B used as Chinese restaurant, which is located at Bldg. 1 (referred to as the shop hereinafter) Changjiang Tourism Scenic Area【Kaiyin Greenvilla】(mercial Street) (referred to as the property hereinafter), East District, Zhongshan City, with transmission construction area of / m2 and total construction area of 700 m2 (subject to mapping by relevant department). For further information about location and area of the shop, see attachment 1.
Lease term: 10 months, from Sept 1, 2008 to Jun 30, 2009.
Payment method of rental and management fee:
