摘要:近几年来,中国人口老龄化的形势日趋严峻,在这样的情况下,如何在现实情况中,对养老的问题进行妥善解决,这也成为了国家和各级政府面前的一道难题。一方面,由于受到了“421”家庭结构的影响,我国家庭的规模,开始逐渐的趋于小型化,这也就间接的使得中国人的传统家庭养老方式,受到了较为严重的冲击,老年人的养老问题,也就开始在现实中,成为了每一个家庭的沉重负担。正是在这种情况下,老年人群对机构养老的服务需求,也就开始迅速的增大。再从另一方面来看,我国养老机构及具体的服务,其供给相对较为缺乏。据民政部门相关数据统计,截止2014年底,全国各类社会养老机构床位的总数为420万张,而每千名老人养老的床位数仅为50. 6张,也就是,总床位数仅占老年人总数的一笑部分,较之国际社会通行的水平相差甚远。在这一种养老机构供需失衡的情况下,本文对寿险公司投资养老社区的相关问题进行研究,明确其具体的运营模式,力求能够在现实情况中探索出一条解决养老问题的道路。
