摘要
当今,在国内数字直流调速器市场上,昂贵的国外产品占据着主导地位,国内产品相形见拙,其根本原因是在十调速技术上的差距。为了缩小这种差距,现在,我国已有数以万计的科技人员和大学师生从事不同层次的人工智能学习,研究与应用,希一望抓住把智能技术这一新兴学科引入到控制领域的契机。本论文也主要是从事于此类的研究。本文针对冷轧带钢厂五机架主传动的生产工艺和现状,应用变频调速和PLC控制技术,完成带钢厂650轧机电控系统改造设计。本文设计并实现了基于欧陆590变频器的直流电机的调速方法,并给出了欧陆590实现机架间张力控制的方法选择及分析,在此基础上以实现对冷连轧生产工艺要求和方案选择。结合PLC控制技术与欧陆590直流变频器控制冷连轧传动的生产。590是用于直流电机控制的全数字智能化调速装置,通过对590软硬件功能的分析,研究在卷取机速度与张力控制上的两个应用方案,说明了590在卷取机等设备控制上的一阔应用前景。对本文提出的直流调速系统中的欧陆590的软硬件设计,为最优控制方案的确定提供科学的依据。研究结果表明采用欧陆590的直流调速方法明显提高了调速系统的性能,智能技术的引入确实是提高控制性能一种可行方法。

Abstract
Today, digital DC speed controller in the domestic market, the expensive foreign products occupy a dominant position, pales beside domestic products, the fundamental reason is the technological gap between the ten speed.
