摘
要
风险投资活动是一种高风险、高收益的投资行为,它可能成功,也可能失败,
因此我国很多风险投资企业往往只重视项目的选择,一旦投资完成,就放松了对项
目的风险监控和管理。对已投资项目的管理是风险投资实现增值的必然阶段,缺乏
或不重视这个重要环节,项目的退出机制就不能很好地发挥作用。而中止决策是对
项目进行过程管理的一种方式,是对上述投资行为的一种修正。建立风险投资项目
的中止决策机制有利于风险投资企业把握退出时机,提高投资的成功率,降低投资
风险,对风险投资企业的运营有着指导作用。
本论文站在风险投资企业的角度,对风险投资项目中止决策的内容进行系统研
究。首先在分析我国风险投资发展现状的基础上,提出了进行风险投资项目中止决
策的重要意义;接着研究了风险投资项目中止决策的内涵;对中止决策的过程进行
了概括;最后提出了风险投资项目中止决策规划。总结风险投资项目中止决策的内
容后,我们对风险投资项目中止决策的过程作进一步探讨。首先对风险项目进行阶
段分析,接着定性研究与风险项目前景相关的内容,并进一步作定量分析,即建立
中止决策模型,最后研究了项目中止后,风险资本退出的途径。在上述理论研究的
基础上,文章的最后选择了一个风险投资项目进行实证分析。希望论文的研究成果
对风险投资企业的投资决策和投资管理有一定的价值和意义。

Abstract
The venture capital activity is a kind of risky investment behavior, it
may eed, may fail too, so a lot of venture capital corporate in our country
often only pay attention to the choice of the project, as soon as investment
is finished, relax the risk to the project to control and manage. That the
management on already investment project is the inevitable stage to venture
capital realizes value-added, no this important stage or pay little attention
to it, the mechanism of withdrawing from of the project can't function very
well. Termination decision is a kind of ways of project course management,
is the kind of revisions of behavior to above-mentioned investment. To set
up termination decision mechanism of the venture capital project can help
the venture capital corporate to hold the opportunity of withdrawing, to
improve the ess rate in investment, to reduce the investment risk, and
it make guidance functions to the operation of the venture capital corporate.
