便条(Note)是一种简便的书信
常见的有:
请假条、留言条
不论哪种便条都具有:
格式简单
内容简短
用词通俗
1、请假条
请假条(Note for Leave ) 一般采用书信格式, 并使用信封, 比较正式
开头:
写明日期
称呼中“Dear”一词不可省略
正文:
说明请假时期和理由
结尾:
加上结束语, 署名用全名

比较正式
语言:
比较礼貌
如用:
I beg to apply for…
代替
I want to ask for…(口语体)
翻译时也需相应地用正式礼貌的汉语

汉语请假条的写法与英语稍有区别:
汉语:
日期写在右下角, 比署名低一行
英语:
日期写在信端右上方
汉语:
一般不分段, 一层一层意思用句号分开即可
英语:
段落分明, 层次清楚
