其中,还介绍了液压升降台的背景,详细分析和比较了液压升降台的各种传动方式及其优缺点,探讨了液压升降台的发展方向与趋势,阐述了机电液一体化技术在升降台机械领域的应用前景。再对液压驱动单元中主要技术作了详细的分析和说明。对液压同步控制进行了分类与比较,并对液压同步闭环控制的原理与其在液压升降台中的应用作了论述。在实际计算说明过程中,对电液比例控制在系统中的功能和作用进行了说明,重点分析了采用电液比例同步控制系统的同步误差与阀控马达回路的动态特性,并讨论了液压系统性能参数与机械传动设计的关系。同时,对液压泵站的设计,包括液压油箱、液压泵装置及液压控制装置三大部分进行分析。并对液压升降台密封系统选择和设计。这样保证了设备的总体的稳定性,提高了设备的可靠性,得到了比较理想的结果。

To meet airport automation warehousing with the hydraulic lift table development's tendency and the request, and derives the domestic and foreign hydraulic pressure lift table good design experience ;this design uses the cylinder to tilt the structure scissors type lift table.,and to the bifurcation type hydraulic pressure lift table's equipment overall's constitution, the hydraulic pressure driving system and the mechanical drive system's technology has carried on the analysis.
Thereinto, the history facts of hydraulic pressure lift table were discussed. features of various pared; the developing trends of it and the utilization of hydraulic driving system were the hydraulic unit,it put a detailed description of it. thetechnic of hydraulic synchronic loop control were discussed. in the calculating process, the function of liquid proportion control was discussed, especially to thesynchronic control system and the dynamic characrter of synchronic error and themotor circuit. it also discussed the relationship between the hydraulic systemparameter and the transmission the same time, to the hydraulic pressure pumping station's design, including the hydraulic fluid tank, the hydraulic pressure pump-unit and the hydraulic control installs three major part carries on the analysis. and to hydraulic pressure lift table full-pressure system choice and design. like this had guaranteed equipment's overall's stability, enhanced equipment's reliabi
