摘要:为了克服传统供应商选择过程中只针对单一物资供应过程和面向单一供应商选择过程的局限性,以质量、成本、交货期和交货提前期为多品种供应条件下的多供应商选择评估指标,建立了以综合指标值最小为目标,满足一定约束条件的0-1整数规划模型。基于蚁群算法,构造了适合于此问题的蚁群求解算法,描述了问题的求解过程。模拟算例表明,该方法是有效、可行的,其可为企业进行多品种供应的多供应商选择问题提供可参考的模型和求解算法。

Multi-Supplier Selection Model and Solution Algorithm Based on Ant Colony Algorithm
Abstract: To e the limitation of conventional supplier selection process which was only single material or oriented single supplier, on condition of multi-production supply, the evaluation indexes of supplier selection were defined as quality, cost, delivery date and delivery lead time. Taking aggregative index value minimal as goal on the base of satisfying certain constraints condition, 0-1 integer programming model was established. Based on ant colony algorithm, the ant colony solution algorithm which is propitious to the proposed question was constructed and the solution process was detailed. An example was presented to prove the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. Consequently, the study offers referenced model and solution algorithm for enterprise to select supplier based on multi-production supply.
