乡村旅游与制度建构
———以玉龙县美泉村旅游合作社为例

人[摘要] 在叙述美泉村旅游合作社产生发展历程,介绍合作社管理机制的基础上,分析了旅游开
发以来该村的社会文化变迁。认为制度建构对于乡村旅游发展具有十分重要的意义。由村民们经过不
断调适而产生的合适的制度安排,不仅具有产权维护、风险规避以及降低交易成本,从而保障经济利益增
类加的作用,而且也起到了减少矛盾,实现社会和谐发展的积极作用。
