摘要
 
在生产制造业迅速发展的今天,生产制造过程的快速化、柔性化,以及订单式生产和产品的多样性变化,制造业遇到了前所未有的机遇与挑战;如何合理利用资源,降低企业生产成本,提高企业生产效率,从而使企业在同行业中立于不败之地,已成为每一个制造企业亟待解决的问题,而生产设施规划水平的高低和质量的优劣对此起到了决定性和关键性的作用;本论文以昆明中立机械厂为研究背景,通过实地调研、收集相关数据资料,然后应用系统布置方法(SLP)对该厂的生产设施布置进行分析、评价与改进,并得出该厂最优或满意的工厂布置方案,最终达到降价生产成本、提高生产效率及其提升该企业在市场上的竞争力。

ABSTRACT
