强的研究新辅助化疗后非小细胞肺癌组织中M^口一2和TIMP一2蛋白表达及其比率与对照组的差异,了解非小细胞肺癌^岱。一2和TIMP一2蛋白表达及其比率对新辅助化疗及应的差异。方法应用免疫组化的方法检测新辅助化疗组和对照组肺癌组织中MMP一2和TIM口一2蛋白的表达,并分别计算其表达比率。结果试验组25例标本Mh口一2和TIMP一2蛋白的表达率分别为36%(9/25)和28%(7/25), 比率为1 29,对照组25例标本的表达率分别为80%(20/25)、44%(11/25),,
对照组明显高于试验组。LNM(+)标本MMP--2表达及h雠P一2/TIM田一2比率明显
高于LNM(.1标本。对照组中一低分化标本脚一2表达及MMP一2,TIMp一2比率
明显高于高分化标本,试验组中一低分化标本脚一2、TIMP一2表达较对照组均
明显下降,比率减低。试验组鳞癌MMP--2表达较对照组明显下降。结论新辅助化疗后MMP一2和TIMP一2蛋白的表达及比率下降,且不同侵润程度、不同组织类型、不同细胞分化程度之间存在差异,其改变程度与肺癌细胞侵袭和转移的能力及其对新辅助化疗的敏感度相吻合,可以作为检测肿瘤细胞的侵袭与转移能力和对新辅助化疗敏感度的指标。关键词肺肿瘤;MMP一2;TIMP一2:新辅助化疗:免疫组织化学
