摘要
施工组织设计是对施工活动实行科学管理的重要手段,是用以指导施工组织与管
理、施工准备与实施、施工控制与协调的技术、经济、组织的综合性文件,其具有战略
部署和战术安排的双重作用。
本文根据南通莱茵国际工程的特定条件,从施工全局出发,充分反映客观实际,拟
订该工程的施工方案,确定施工顺序、施工方法和技术组织措施,合理布置施工现场,
符合国家相关规范和合同要求,确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务。
主要内容有:
,研读相关专业书籍和施工图纸,了解工程的特点和施工条
件,进行总结和阐述;
,提出总体施工方案,设计施工总平面,编制施工组织
设计;
、脚手架系统进行了细部优化设计;
,论文交稿时,工程进展顺利,

Abstract
The anization plan is implements the scientific management to the
construction activity the important method,is uses to instruct the anization
and to manage, the construction prepares and implements technical,the economical,
organization'prehensive document which, the construction controls and coordinates,
it has the strategic plan and the tactical arrangement dual function.
This article according to the Nantong Lai cushion international project the specific
condition,from constructs the overall situation to embark,the full reflection objective
reality,drafts this project the construction plan,determined the construction order,the job
practice and the measures governing anization, arrange the job location
reasonably,conforms to the national correlation standard and the contract requirement,
guarantees, the low consumption,the security high quality,pletes high speed
pletely the duty.
