——现代企业管理中实施有效激励
摘要
我们正进入一个新的时代,WTO将把我们融入到一个全球化的经济体系
和商业环境中,面对新的竞争环境与挑战,有效管理人力资源将成为企业的
任务之一。对人员的有效管理的关键就是对员工工作积极性的调动,而员工
激励制度将有效地增强企业的活力和竞争力,并成为企业成长发展的持续动
力源泉。因此,如何建立有效的员工激励制度,是国内外学者研究的一个热
点题目,也是我国企业能否应对国际竞争的关键所在。
激励是人力资源的重要内容,它是心理学的一个术语,指激发人的行为的心理过程。激励这个概念用于管理,是指激发员工的工作动机,也就是说用各种有效的方法去调动员工的积极性和创造性,使员工努力去完成组织的任务,实现组织的目标。因此,企业实行激励机制的最根本的目的是正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。

Abstract
We are entering a new age, the WTO will promote us to merge into a new
globe economical system and business environment. Managing the human
resource effectively is going to be one of the most important task to the
enterprises when we are facing the petition and challenge. The key of
effective human resource management is to inspire the staff to work positively
and the system of inspiring staff will improve the energy peted capability
effectively, promote firms to develop and grow up. Therefore, how to build up an
effective staff inspiring system is a hot subject which is being researched by
scholars, and at the same time it is the critical factor to our business.
Inspiration is important to human resource .It is a technical tern in
psychology, means that a psychological course of inspiring staff's behavior. The
concert inspiration is used in management means that the managers妙to inspire
the staff's work motivation, that is to say, to find all kinds of effective ways to
arouse staffs activity and creation capability. Inspiration is able to make staff try
their best plete anization's task and realize its' objective. Therefore,
the basic objective that enterprises carry out in inspiring system is to direct the
motivation of the staff correctly, help them realize the demand of themselves, add
their satisfaction, so as to keep and encourage their activity and create capability
