摘要对现有低沸点工作介质进行了筛选,分析研究了不同低沸点工作介质热虹吸管的内
部传热过程和压力变化等,探讨了工作介质对冷凝段管壁温度、管内压力以及热虹吸管总体
热工性能的影响。发现,不同温度工况下热虹吸管均表征出较好的传热均温性能,其传热性
能和管内压力随工作介质的变化趋势是一致的,应优先选用具有较高等效对流传热系数的低
沸点介质,同时也应侧重考虑管内压力对于管材的要求。

EFFECT ON THERMOSYPHON THERMAL PERFORMANCE FOR
DIFFERENT LOW-BOILING POINT WORKING FLUIDS

Abstract The inner heat transfer process and pressure variation of a thermosyphon were
investigated experimentally for different low-boiling point working fluids, which were chosen
from present low-boiling point working fluids. The variations of thermosyphon thermal
performance, condenser section wall temperature and inner pressure were discussed for different
working fluids. It is found that the thermosyphon shows good heat transfer performance under
different working conditions, and the change of equivalent convective heat transfer coefficient, as
well as inner pressure, is the same under different working conditions for chosen working fluids.
The low-boiling point working fluid with higher equivalent convective heat transfer coefficient is
the priority. And the inner pressure is also an important factor, especially for the thermosyphon
wall material.
