摘要:本文建立了壳管式吸附床结构设计计算时的数学模型,采用数值求解的方法探讨了壳管式吸附床单元管的长度对吸
附床所用管材的影响,并分析了单元管长度和热源入口流速的大小对单元管传热性能的影响。而且从传热方面分别对尾气热
源和蒸汽热源进行了 fluent 模拟研究,结果表明,蒸汽作为吸附制冷热源时较尾气的传热效果好。

ABSTRACT: This study establishes the mathematical model of the shell and tube type adsorption bed structure design, discusses the influence of the
unit-tunnel length on the adsorption bed sheets consumption by numerical solution method, and analysis the influence of the unit-tunnel length and the inlet
velocity of the heat source on the heat transfer performance. Moreover, the heat transfer is studied by fluent simulation respectively from the heat sources of tail
gas and steam. The results show that the steam as the heat source of solid adsorption refrigeration has more advantages than tail gas as.
