摘要本文介绍了变频风冷螺杆式冷水机组中新技术的应用,从交流变频控制器(VSD Variable Speed
Driver)、变频螺杆压缩机、风冷螺杆式冷水机组的变频控制三个方面分析了交流变频技术在风冷冷水机
组中的应用、特点及优势。本文从这些技术的基本原理和技术特性的简要分析入手,进而通过实测数据分
析了变频风机控制、压缩机分级可变容积比技术、优化效率的控制策略等对风冷机组运行效率和可靠性的
影响。变频技术的应用对于提高风冷螺杆冷水机组的综合运行效率、提高机组的运行可靠性方面有着重要
的意义。

APPLICATION TECHNICAL ANALYSIS FOR VSD DRIVE AIR-COOLED
SCREW CHILLER WITH NEW TECHNOLOGY

Abstract New technology application and technical analysis for VSD drive air-cooled screw chiller were
introduced in this paper. AC Variable speed driver, variable speed pressor, chiller control functions were
introduced and related its application, feature and advantage of Air-cooled chiller with AC Variable Speed Drive
technology applied were provided in this paper. Starting with fundamental principle of new technology, based on
test data, the effects of below new technology, VSD driver condenser fan motor control logic, compressor with
step volume index structure and control, unit efficiency optimum control logic on air-cooled chiller running
efficiency and long-term reliability are proposed. AC VSD technology could greatly benefit chiller running
integrated efficiency and reliability.
