摘要根据热量和质量平衡原理,建立叉流填料直接蒸发冷却冷水系统的理论计
算模型,以出口水温度及冷却效率作为系统评价指标,对直接蒸发冷却器空气侧
和喷淋水侧进口参数对出口水温度及装置效率的影响进行了理论模拟。研究表
明,波纹板填料直接蒸发冷却器可以制取 17~19℃的冷水,从理论上验证了蒸发
冷却制冷顶板辐射供冷或干式盘管供冷末端空调形式的可行性,并为系统设计奠
定一定的理论依据。

THE PERFORMANCE SIMULATION OF DIRECT EVAPORATION
COOLING WATER SYSTEM BASED ON LIQUID ANT

Abstract A theory mathematical model is established based on the heat and mass
equilibrium of cross-flow packing directly evaporative cooling water (DECW) system.
The simulation that the influence of air side and spray water side inlet parameters of
directly evaporative cooler on the frozen water outlet temperature and the device
efficiency is made, take water temperature and cooling efficiency as the evaluation
index. The study shows that this system can produce cold water with 17℃ to 19 ℃,
and the feasibility of roof radiant cooling or dry coil cooling air conditioning form
based on the evaporative cooling refrigeration is theoretically verified and it can be
the basis when it is designed.
