摘要半导体制冷装置是一种高热流密度器件,其冷端吸收周围环境的热量产生制冷效果,相应地热端需要释放
大量的热。若热端产生的热量无法被及时带走,半导体制冷装置的制冷效果就会受到影响,因此选择适合且高效的
热端散热方式对于提高半导体制冷效率来说是至关重要的。本文针对风冷散热、热管散热、热管与风扇组合散热以
及水冷散热四种常见的散热方式进行了综合实验研究,结果表明水冷方式的散热效率最高,热管单独散热方式无需
额外电能,最为节能环保;并针对散热效率最好的水冷散热方式,进行散热实验研究,得到不同水流量下半导体制
冷装置的冷热端温度随时间变化曲线和冷热端稳定温度的拟合曲线及其相应拟合公式。

Comprehensive Experimental Study on many Heat Transfer Methods
of Hot Side on Semiconductor Refrigeration

Abstract The semiconductor refrigeration is a high heat rate experiment. The cold side of semiconductor refrigeration draws
the heat from environment. Accordingly the heat side passes a great quantity heat. So it is important to choose a right heat
transfer method to improve the efficiency of semiconductor refrigeration. This study performs experiments on mon
heat transfer methods using fan cooling, heat pipe cooling, heat pipe with fan cooling and water cooling and figures out the
performance of heat transfer with water cooling is best. The heat pipe cooling is saving energy. Then experiments are
performed on the different flow rate using water cooling. It figure out the cold and heat side temperature curve with the
