摘要:对罗茨压缩机的水蒸汽压缩制冷循环工作过程进行了研究,利用变质量系统热力学原理建立了带补
气的罗茨式压缩机水蒸汽压缩过程模型。以理论容积排气量为20 m3/h的压缩机为例进行系统模拟,讨论了
制冷量、输入功率、制冷性能系数EER等性能参数随工况的变化规律。有关结论可指导以水为工质的罗茨
式蒸汽压缩制冷系统的设计与开发。

RESEARCH ON WORKING PROCESS OF WATER PRESSION
REFRIGERATION USING ROOTS PRESSOR WITH VAPOR
INJECTION

Abstract: The working process of water pression refrigeration system using pressor was
studied, based the variable mass system thermodynamic theory, the mathematical model of pressor
compression process with vapor injection has been built. The system performance, including cooling capacity,
power input and cooling energy efficiency(EER) of one pressor, with ideal discharge volume of 20
m3/h was analysised. The results can provide some useful data for the promising development of water vapor
compression refrigeration system in the future.
