摘要本文采用仿真的方法, 和Φ7 双排室外换热器作为研究对象,
进行了制冷制热额定工况下的流路数对换热器性能影响的研究, 换热器的
流路进行了进一步优化,得到制冷制热综合性能更优的流路布置方式,并在整机上进行了实验验证。研究
结果表明:无论是冷凝器还是蒸发器,如果单流路布置时换热器制冷剂侧压降过大,换热量随着流路数的
增加先增加后降低;如果单流路布置时换热器制冷剂侧压降已经较小,换热量随着流路数的增加总是降低
的。制冷剂侧压降对蒸发器换热性能的影响较大,热泵空调室外机用的换热器作冷凝器时对应的最佳流路
数少于作蒸发器时的。 换热器的流路的进一步优化可知,适当增加过冷管数会进一步提高热泵
空调室外机换热器的综合换热能力。

CIRCUIT OPTIMIZATION OF OUTDOOR HEAT EXCHANGER USED IN
RESIDENTIAL HEAT PUMP AIR-CONDITIONER

Abstract The simulation method was applied to investigate andΦ7 two rows heat exchanger circuit
arrangement used in residential heat pump air-conditioner outdoor coil. At the rated cooling and heating
conditions, the effect of circuit numbers on the heat transfer performance was carried out. Then the better circuit
optimization of two rows heat exchanger was made based optimal circuit numbers. and validated with
experimental results of heat pump air-conditioner. It was shown that heat transfer capacity increased firstly and
then decreased with increasing circuit number for one circuit arrangement heat exchanger with higher refrigerant
