摘要通过搭建基于制冷循环的喷雾冷却实验台,实验研究了润滑油对喷雾冷却流动性能和换热性能的
影响。冷却液中含油量的增加会使得冷却液流经喷嘴时的阻力增加,流量减小;随着含油量的增加,热源
表面温度呈微小下降趋势,这一现象在热流密度越高时越明显,系统换热系数随含油量增加呈增大趋势,
在含油量达到 %时,系统换热系数增加了 3000W/m2K,表明润滑油的存在使得流动沸腾得到强化,有利
于喷雾冷却换热能力的提高。

Abstract With the spray cooling test rig based on refrigeration circuit, the influence of lubricating oil on the
performance of flow and heat transfer was studied in spray cooling system. The results showed that the flow
resistance increased and flux decreased due to the increasing of lubricating content in working liquid. As the oil
content increasing, the surface temperature of the heat source decreased slightly, and the heat transfer coefficient
increased obviously. When the content of lubricating oil was up to %, the heat transfer coefficient increased
3000W/m2K, which indicated that the lubricating oil was good at spray cooling due to the enhancement of flow
boiling.
