摘要半导体制冷系统不用制冷剂,没有复杂的机械设备和管路系统,制冷方便、迅速,可以广泛应用
于各个领域。从 20 世纪 50 年代开始,研究者就在进行半导体制冷技术的民用研究,并成功研制出半导体
冷藏箱。热管是一种高效的换热元件,将其应用于半导体冷箱热端散热,可以大幅度提高热端散热强度,
因此设计了一台热管散热型半导体冷箱,并且通过实验探寻冷箱的最佳工作电压以及冷、热端最佳散热强
度,还对热管散热、风冷散热、水冷散热方式进行了比较,最后得到了各项最佳值以优化冷箱的制冷性能。

RESEARCH ON THE SEMICONDUCTOR COLD BOX WITH A HEAT PIPE
RADIATOR

Abstract Without any refrigerant, complex mechanical equipment and pipeline system, the semiconductor
refrigeration system can achieve cooling effect fast and conveniently. Therefore, it can widely be applied to
various fields. Since the 1950s, research on civilianizing of semiconductor refrigeration technology has been
carrying out, and the semiconductor cold box has been developed essfully. More over, as a highly efficient
heat transfer element, heat pipe can be applied to significantly improve heat dissipation condition on the hot side
of the semiconductor cold box. Therefore, a semiconductor cold box has been designed with a heat pipe radiator,
and its optimum working voltage, optimum heat dissipation strength of cold side and hot side of the cold box have
been obtained by experiment. Besides, the refrigeration effects of the
