摘要本文采用商用 CFD 计算软件 Fluent 对热管空气热回收器进行数值模拟,获得了空
气流动的温度场和速度场,入口处换热效果最好,在尾流区有涡旋产生,迎风面气流速度高
于背风面;模拟了不同管排组合方式、不同室内外温差及不同风量对热管空气热回收器换热
效果的影响,结果表明,“1 对 1”管排组合的总换热量最大,“2 对 2”管排组合其次,“4
对 4”管排组合最小;蒸发段进出口温差和总换热量随着室内外温差的增加而增大;随着进
口风量的增大,蒸发段进出口温差逐渐减小,而总换热量呈现增加趋势。

Abstract In this paper, mercial CFD software Fluent was used in numerical simulation
of the heat pipe air heat recoverer, and obtained the temperature field and velocity field the air
flow, the best heat transfer effect at the entrance, vortex is generated in the wake region, air flow
velocity in the windward is higher than the leeward; The heat transfer effect of the heat pipe air
heat recoverer that caused by binations of tube rows, the different temperature of
indoor and outdoor and air volume was simulated, the results showed, the heat capacity of the tube
rows"1 to 1" combination is the maximum, the heat capacity of the tube rows"4 to 4" combination
is the mini
