摘要
基层警力不足一直困扰着公安工作的开展,随着社会经济的迅速发展,人口流动的总量和频率不断增加,使得治安案件和刑事案件频发,给社会治安秩序带来了严重的挑战,基层警力不足的问题显得突出,甚至制约着公安机关职能的发挥。
我国当前基层警力不足的问题并不是公安机关自身原因造成的,也不是最近几年才出现的问题,而是由各种复杂的社会因素所决定的。基层警力不足影响着我国经济社会的发展、国家安全和社会的稳定。本文试对当前我国警力不足的现状及原因进行分析,并提出解决的对策。

Abstract
Basic-level police shortage has been plagued by public security work development, along with the rapid development of social economy, floating population quantity, and frequency increases ceaselessly. Public security case and criminal cases happened frequently, give public order brought serious challenges. The problem of insufficient basic-level police appear prominent. And Even restricts the public an function display.
Our current grassroots police the problem of insufficient and not the public an itself reasons, and this Nor has emerged in recent years, but the problem by all kinds plicated social factors of the decision. Basic-level police insufficient affected our country's economic and social development, national security and social stability. This paper tries to current situation and police insufficient reason is analyzed, and put forward the countermeasures.
