加压塔冷却器设计
摘要
本文对甲醇精馏双塔工艺、三塔工艺、四塔工艺和五塔工艺进行了简要的介绍,通过对不同工艺的对比显示出五塔工艺的优越性。新型五塔工艺在四塔工艺高压塔后面加了个中压塔,可在高压塔底部和中压塔顶部与中压塔顶部和常压塔底部实现高效热集成,并用加压塔底部废热作为回收塔热源,节约能源。通过本课题的设计了解甲醇精馏的发展历程和国内外的研究现状,熟悉甲醇精馏工艺流程、技术设备等。应用aspen对五塔流程全程进行了初步的物料衡算,并且对加压塔甲醇冷却器进行了初步的设计。最后绘制出五塔工艺的PFD图、加压塔PID图、设备图和设备布置图。

Abstract
This paper described two columns distillation process,three columns distillation process , four columns distillation process and five distillation process in methanol rectification technology ,showed the advantage of the five columns rectification new five-column scheme adds a medium-pressure column after the original higher-pressure column. The five-column arrangement creates a multi-effect distillation configuration involving efficient heat integration between higher-pressure and medium-pressure columns and medium-pressure and atmospheric used the waste heat at the bottom of higher-pressure as recovery column's source of heat,which is energy-saving. Understanding of this issue through the design development process and the methanol distillation research status at home and abroad, familiar with the methanol distillation process, and technical equipment. The aspen software is applied to a preliminary balance of five column. Making a preliminary design for the condenser of higer-pressure column. Finally draw the process flow chart, flow chart with a control point of materials, equipment layout drawings and equipment.
