2. Hp 作用 GES-1 后 RACK1 与 NF-κB 信号通路相关蛋白表达情况
Hp 活菌(MOI=50:1)作用 GES-1 细胞后,RACK1 表达量在作用后 30min 开始升高,3h 达到高峰(p<),6h 开始下降(p<)。NF-κB 信号通路相关蛋白中 p65 表达无明显变化(p>),而 p-p65(Ser276)蛋白表达水平在各时间点均明显升高,30min 开始升高,3h 达到高峰(p<),6h 内均高于 0h
(p<),p-p65(Ser536)表达水平在 3h 显著升高(p<),作用 6h 时仍高于 0h (p<),
结论:
1. RACK1 表达下调和 NF-κB 信号通路活化可能参与了胃黏膜癌变过程。
2. Hp 感染相关胃粘膜癌变早期 RACK1 表达上调,这是否参与了 Hp 相关胃黏膜癌变发生尚待进一步探讨。

ABSTRACT
Background and Aim:
Gastric cancer is the fifth mon malignant tumor in the world, leading to the third tumor associated death,nearly one million new cases increasing per year.
Seventy percent of the financial burden falls in the developing countries, especially in Asia. Hp infection is the main risk factor of gastric cancer. A large number of researches have demonstrated that Hp plays important roles in the initiation and the progression of the gastric mucosal canceration the process of which include the
chronic atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia , dysplasia and gastric cancer.
However, the underlying mechanism of Hp infection in gastric cancer still remains unclear. Most related studies revealed that the NF- κ B signal pathway is activated
after the infection of Hp, which subsequently is closely related with the gastritis, gasric ulcer and the incidence, development, survival and prognosis of gastric cancer.
NF- κ B is an important multifunctional nuclear transcription factor. In the
resting state,the NF-κB dimer p50/bines with the inhibitory proteins IκB to form plexand exsit in the cytoplasm in an inactivated state. Many
