摘要
废旧塑料包装物给人们的视觉带来不良刺激,影响城市、风景点的整体美感,破坏市容、景观,由此造成”视觉污染“。另外废旧塑料包装物进入环境后,由于其很难降解,造成长期的、深层次的生态环境问题,利用塑料粉碎机对废旧塑料进行粉碎处理是回收再利用塑料的重要环节。因此研究一种高性能低成本的塑料粉碎机对社会和经济的发展有着及其重要的意义。
目前,废旧塑料循环利用技术的发展日新月异,全球环境保护的呼声不断高涨。各种新设备层出不穷, 德国Erema公司的双盘切割系统突破了通常Erema使用单盘底部切割、捣碎装置在进入挤出设备前切割、混合和压缩薄膜的技术限制。新型的双盘系统中的一个盘安装在另一个之上,第一个盘用于对不符合要求的原料进行粗加工。双盘系统可以接受未经过精加工的原料,并且运行得更加顺畅。Erema公司说在处理PE薄膜时,可以提升15%的产量。旧设备可以通过升级成为新型的双盘系统。
本次课题是针对制造农用育苗杯而设计,通过参观育苗杯生产流程,发现其塑料粉碎机在粉碎时存在噪声大,负荷波动明显等问题,因此重新设计一种塑料粉碎机,希望能在一些性能方面有所提高。
