摘要
石油是一种非常重要的能源,对于一个国家的发展来说非常重要。俄罗斯的石油储备非常丰富,能源在俄罗斯的经济发展当中起到了很重要的作用。中国的石油储备已经没有办法满足快速发展的经济要求,所以中国需要进口大量的石油。近些年来,在中俄两国政府的共同努力之下,中俄石油合作整体进展比较顺利,两国通过石油合作获得了各自的利益。当然,中俄石油合作也并不是一帆风顺的,受到国际、国内一系列因素的影响,目前采用的“贷款换石油”合作机制也存在着一些问题。为了推动中俄两国石油合作取得进一步的发展,需要探索新的合作机制。本文就是从合作机制入手来研究中俄石油贸易,对两国石油贸易的发展现状进行了总结,并且分析了影响两国石油贸易的因素,对中俄现行的“贷款换石油”合作机制进行了分析,对“投资换石油”和“单独议价”这两种新的合作机制进行了探讨,并且为两国石油合作机制的未来发展提出了一些参考意见。

Abstract
Oil is an important energy reserves, has a crucial role in the development of a country. Russia has rich oil reserves, Russia's energy reserves for promoting an important driving force for economic development. With the rapid growth of China's economy, the country's oil reserves have been far unable to meet the demands of economic growth, China's oil mostly dependent on imports. In recent years, under the joint efforts of Chinese and Russian governments, the overall progress of the Sino-Russian oil cooperation more smoothly, oil cooperation between the two countries gained through their own interests. Of course, Russia oil cooperation is also not easy, influenced by international and domestic number of factors, "loan-for-oil" cooperation mechanisms currently used there are also some problems.
