摘要
ERP系统是20世纪90年代初在国外兴起的最先进的企业管理技
术和方法,能为企业带来巨大的收益。本文以ERP系统中的库存管
理为研究对象,对其库存控制模型进行了研究。
通过介绍ERP系统的发展、库存管理的作用,指出ERP库存控
制模型的研究具有现实指导意义。在此基础上,结合实例,对已有的
库存控制方法进行了改进,获得了较好的库存模型,减少了库存量,
降低了库存资金,从而增加了企业的经济效益。主要研究内容为:一、
建立需求是连续稳定的库存控制模型。基于传统的EOQ模型,考虑
相关需求和有限的缺货风险,采用数理统计的方法,提出服从正态分
布的连续稳定需求的ERP库存模型,分别确定在安全库存可以被消
耗和不可以被消耗两种情况下合理的订货点、订购批量、订购时间。
并利用实例证明所建模型的合理性;二、建立需求是离散随机变量的
库存控制模型。对传统的报童问题进行演化,考虑了原材料的转化率
和产品的耗费成本,提出需求是离散不稳定的ERP库存控制模型,
依据模型确定合理的产量和安全库存量,并通过对比JIT方法,利用
实例证明所建模型的合理性。最后,提出合理的绩效评价方法对所建
模型进行有效的绩效管理。
通过上述研究,试图给企业库存相关的决策活动提供适当的帮助
与借鉴。
