Abstract
In recent years, the development of fast, precise, accurate and sensitive methodology has e an important issue. So the development of highly efficient analytical instrumentation and the sample pre-treatment for the determination of analytes in actual products is necessary. Therefore, the sample preparation step monly required. Based on the analytical chemistry and separation science, The DLLME-MEKC method has applied to the analysis of the pesticide and sulfonamide.
The contents of this paper are as follows:
The principle of the methods of LLE was introduced. Reviewed these bined with variety of analytical tools for theination of various anic pounds. Advantages and disadvantages of existing methods of LLE have been introduced.
In the shortest time, the best experimental parameters of
MEKC were optimized in separating anics simultaneously. Under the best mode of capillary electrophoresis, the dispersion l4 / water / acetone was established, a series of experimental conditions including the extraction agent and the dispersing agent were optimized and which was applied to
the analysis of pesticides.
