本文鉴于很多企业因未作好供应链风险控制而招致损害,首先阐述了供应链风险的研究发展及其含义,然后说明了供应链风险形成的内部因素及外部因素,接着说了供应链风险的特征及其识别,然后简要描述了下供应链风险的分类,最后根据供应链风险产生原因详细提出了一些相对应的对策及具体措施。
