1. The new Civil Codes of herlands, herlands Antilles and Aruba
In this annual address, I would like to make parative property law analysis focusing on the relations within the Kingdom of herlands. The Kingdom of herlands prised of: the so-called ‘Kingdom in Europe’(herlands), herlands Antilles and Aruba. The overall constitutional structure can be found in the Statuut voor het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden (Charter for the Kingdom of herlands). In Article 42 of the Charter it is stated that the rules of constitutional law of the parts of the Kingdom are laid down in the Constitution (Grondwet) of herlands and the Constitution (Staatsregeling) of herlands Antilles and Aruba.
