2006年度,本人热爱本职工作,认真学习新的教育理论,完善自身知识结构,严格要求学生,尊重学生,发扬教学民主,不断提高自己的教育教学水平和思想觉悟,现将自己本年度工作做如下述职:

一、政治思想方面:认真学理论和“三个代表”重要思想,树立正确的社会主义荣辱观,时刻以共产党员先进性的具体要求来规范自己的言行,虚心向他人学习和借鉴先进的教育理念及教育教学管理方法,积极参加校本培训,从而提高了自己的思想道德水平和业务能力。

二、教育教学方面:认真学习新课改理论知识,并将其运用到教学实践当中。在教育教学活动中,我注意作到以下几点:1。认真钻研教材,吃透新课程标准,准确把握每节课的教学重点,难点。2。采取灵活有效的教育教学方法,在英语教学中,我主要采用情景教学法,以及充分利用多媒体教学手段提高教学效率的方法。3。建立民主,平等,和谐的师生关系。面向全体学生,引导他们采用自主,合作,探究的学习方法,激发和调动每位学生学习的主动性。Two, educates
