从第一代模拟蜂窝移动通信系统到第二代的数字蜂窝移动通信系统,,世界范围内的移动通信网络发生了天翻地覆的变化。截止到2002年底,,到2004年已经超过了15亿。现在,全世界的移动用户已经超过固定用户,成为普及率最高的通信手段。WCDMA作为第三代移动通信的主要标准之一,倍受人们关注。
本文主要研究WCDMA协议RRC层软件的开发。在技术保密,资料缺乏的情况下本文提出了RRC层软件的实现方案,对基于过程的实现方法做了详细雕描述,并提出了测试方法。
文中首先介绍了移动通信的发展现状以及国内外WCDMA的发展情况,然后又介绍了软件的开发环境Windows 嵌入式操作系统及其集成开发环境Platform Builder,并对系统的结构和进程、线程及调度机制作了详细的描述。接着,文中介绍了3GPP WCDMA协议Release 99版本,特别是对RRC层及其相关协议进行了深入讨论。
作为主要工作,文中提出了RRC层的协议软件开发和实现方法。先介绍了软件的整体设计和实现方案,然后重点说明了接收系统信息、寻呼、RRC连接建立和RRC连接释放过程的流程,接着对软件实现过程中所用到的主要思想和算法,包括原语、消息队列、多线程和定时器等进行了深入的讨论。最后,文中提出了RRC层软件的两种测试方法,包括分块测试和整体测试,并主要介绍了其中的分块测试的测试方法、环境和测试结果。

ABSTRACT
From the first generation ofcellular munication system to the second, fill nowaday and 3G the worldwide work has changed a the end ofthe year number ofmobile users all over the world had broken through the l billion mark and reached in the year 2004,it had exceeded ,the munication has more useP5 than the fixed sets and es the most munication method.
As one ofthe important standards of 3G WCDMA has attracted a lOt ofaRenfion. 11他main topic of this dissertation iS the research of software development of
RRC layer of WCDMA the situation of secret and lack of information,it
presents the realization scheme of RRC layer the realizafion
method based on procedure in detail and put forward the testing method.
Firstly,the dissertation introduces the development status in quo of munication and WCDMA inside and outside of OUr it innoduces Windows embedded OS which is the software development environment and
the IDE Platform then it describes the structure of , thread and the attemper mechanism in that it s 3GPP WCDMA protocol Release 99 and deeply analyzes RRC layer and the relative protocols.
