以我国高层建筑的发展现状为棊础,对其选型问题进行Y详细阐述,如各种高层建筑结构的优缺点、选错型号的情况及其原因等,并将影响结构选型的各种因素,即建筑功能、结构受力、施工技术和建筑材料以及经济因素等逐一作了论述, 进而构建了一个高层建筑结构选型的决策因子体系,以期对选型工作提供方法指导。

Study on Selection of Building Structure for High-rise Residential Buildings
Abstract:
Based on the present situation of the development of high-rise buildings in China, the problems of its selection arc expounded in detail, such as the advantages and disadvantages of various high-rise building structures, the situation of the wrong type and the reasons. And discusses the various factors that affect the selection of structure, namely, building function,
structural force, construction technology and building materials, as well as economic factors, and so on, and then construct a decision-making system of high-rise building structure selection, selection work to provide method guidance.

1工程概况
综合功能和特殊设施是高层建筑必须符合的两项耍求,也增加了建筑设计的难度。既要考虑建筑的功能及结构的受力情况,还要将各方面因素如社会、经济、文化和设备技术等涵盖其中,从而将建筑物的综合经济效益发挥到最大。
以高邮的一幢高层建筑结构体系的选型工程为例,该建筑高67. 8 m,共20层。抗震设防烈度为7度。原设计稿屮采用框筒-剪力墙方案,但存在不合理之处。于是根据耍求对结构的刚度进行调整,选择合理的结构体系,即将原先的结构体系变更为框架-剪力墙的形式。这种方式既减轻了结构自重,还增强了结构的整体性能。
在对设计进行修改后,结构自重、结构自振周期和地震作用分别减少了 20%, 70%, 50%。另外,桩基根数也在原来的基础上减少了 10
