自改革开放 30 多年来,中国在各个领域取得了举世瞩目的成就,城市建设面貌焕然一新,城市住区建设日新月异,中国在改善城镇居民居住生活环境的成就得到国际的认可。然而城市居住空间的营造是复杂且持久的“社会系统工程”,在我们取得重大成就的同时,也蕴藏着许多亟待解决的矛盾乃至深刻的危机,并有新的问题不断涌现。
目前,对于城市居住空间的过快建设,资金、开发运营方式等方面来不及精心考虑, 因而忽视了居民的社会行为心理等多层次需求与空间环境的关系,针对当前住区的问题,本文在研究中国住区的未来发展思路时,了解到国外盛行的街区型住区能为我们解决这些问题提供有力的理论与实践基础,借鉴国外街区型住区理论并结合我国城市传统街区模式,重新让城市住区恢复活力。
本文第一章提出了论文的研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究方法及研究框架,并结合国内外住区的发展历程来探讨街区型住区是住区发展方向之一;第二章调研了西安住区现状,对住区问题有一个系统、理性的认识,提出存在的问题及分析出现问题的原因; 第三章探索街区型住区的产生及发展沿革,详细分析了其核心理念,并对其不足做了说明,并落实在中国特定的国情下分析其发展的前景;第四章利用街区型住区的优势来总结解决中国目前住区问题的策略,从技术手段、管理理念等方面试图总结适合于中国住区的一种规划方法;第五章利用常宁低碳社区概念性规划中所利用的街区型住区设计思想所体现出的巨大优势,来验证其有效的应用价值。

Abstract
