Sales Execution CoE Beijing Team intorduction
The Sales Execution CoE Beijing team has anized with focusing on provide SMS service across GMU.
The team provides brand/sectors/channel and other client facing teams and their assigned Sales and SMS Leaders with superior support on Sales Execution & Management related activities.
We support Sales Execution and Management for various BU’s at GMU/IOTs and GMT/IMTs level, interlocking with Sales Leaders and SMS Leaders, and provide high end Sales Execution & Management support to produce high quality analytics and business insights through:
¨ Sales Cadence Management
¨ Roadmap and PV insights
¨ Pipeline insights and analytics
Role Summary:
• Defining & developing reports in line with the IBM Standard Definitions on the various measureable objectives in terms of Quota vs. Actuals, Forecast, Pipeline etc…as also being part of the weekly review calls to provide advise on the current status of the business and being the key driver of the sales operations programs for the specific Business Unit that the candidate is aligned to.
Typically, the role would involve a wide range of activities that would include working on data, reporting & based on the reports, providing meaningful analysis and mendations to the Bus
