本次课程设计是设计X62型普通卧式铣床,主要分析主轴箱中各传动件的结构和装配关系以及操纵变速机构的原理。所完成的设计可以使主轴箱实现18级转速,同时,操纵机构能实现对主轴18级转速的控制。
在这次的设计中,我主要负责的是主轴箱中传动机构的设计,需要对主轴箱中的各个传动轴进行设计,使其能够完成工作和加工的需要。根据已给定的传动比与转数范围及工作台宽度,要对齿轮的齿数和模数进行计算,并确定齿轮的各个运动参数。同时,也要多对各个传动轴进行设计和校核。明确各部件的装配关系与各传动部件的空间位置关系。
本次设计的传动机构较复杂,需要用展开图来表示主轴箱及传动机构的装配及传动关系。并且对典型的零件进行了三维CAD造型及装配,以此来初步反应传动机构的真实构造和联结关系。同时借助SolidWorks的强大功能对部分零件进行了受力分析。最后,利用MasterCAM对个别零件进行计算机辅助制造。

Abstract
The course design is designed X62-general horizontal milling of the main spindle box in the transmission of the structure and relations between the assembly and manipulation of the principle of of the design will enable me to achieve 18 spindle speed, at the same time, manipulation of institutions to achieve the spindle speed control 18.
In this design, I was primarily responsible for the spindle box in the transmission mechanism of the design, the need for spindle box in the drive shaft designed to enable it plete its work and processing needs. According to have been given to the transmission ratio and the number and scope of table width, to the gear teeth and a module, and to identify the various sports gear parameters. At the same time, but also more of the drive shaft design and verification. Clearly all parts of the assembly relations with the ponents of the transmission space location.
The design of the transmission mechanism plex and require plans to start with me and said main transmission mechanism between the assembly and transmission. And the ponents of a 3D CAD modeling and assembly, in order to drive the initial response and the links between tectonic true. SolidWorks, and with the power to some parts for the Analysis. Finally, the use of individual parts MasterCAM puter-aided manufacturing.
