【摘要】:(宋粗体四号)本文首先对发达国家商业银行业务创新的成功经验进行剖析,从其创新的制度、机制和方向上总结出四大特点,然后分析了国有商业银行业务创新的现状,从产权制度、银行内部制度、技术手段等六方面指出我国商业银行业务创新的制约因素。针对这些问题,从资产业务、负债业务和中间业务三方面对银行业务创新的思路进行了阐述。最后,分析了推进银行业务创新所需的制度保障。(宋体小四,,首行缩进两个字符)

【Abstract】:This paper analyzes the essful experience in the business innovation mercial bank of developed countries and draws a conclusion in terms of innovation of system, mechanism as well as directions. Then it analyzes the current situation of innovation of state-mercial bank business and points out the prohibitive factors in six perspectives such as property ownership system, inner system in banks, technical measurement etc. This paper elaborates on new thoughts on the innovation of bank business in terms of asset business, liabilities business as well as intermediate business respectively. At the end, it puts forward with the system assurance in business innovation of state-mercial banks.
