City Ledger Contract

甲方(Party A):深圳市天勤房地产开发有限公司罗湖快捷假日酒店
乙方(Party B):____________________________________________
甲乙双方就签单挂账事宜达成以下协议:
This contract is made between Party A and Party B and it is hereby agreed ad follows:
乙方须提供营业执照、营业执照副本及法人代码证的复印件给甲方作为信用凭证。
Party B should provide copies of operation license and counterpart and corporation code license for Party A.
乙方有关人士办理好签单挂账协议手续后,可在酒店各营业点消费并进行签单挂账。
pleting formalities required by the City Ledger contract, the person authorized by Party B can consume and sign City ledger in any outlet.
甲方财务部每月7日前提供乙方上月消费明细账单及结账通知单,乙方应于每月收到帐单30日内来酒店结算或转账支付上月消费款,如逾期不付每天追收2%的滞纳金,如逾期60天仍不付款者,甲方有权终止乙方签单挂账权,而无须另行通知。
Party A should provide detail billing and payment notice of last month’s expenditure before the 7th day of the month. Party B should pay cash or virement after the 30 days receive billing. There will be a surcharge of 2% late fee for each overdue day. If there is an overdue of 60 days, Party A is entitled to terminate Party B authorized power without the need of additional notification
如乙方签单人或法人有变更,须提前10天以书面形式通知甲方,并负责结清已签单的消费款,如乙方未通知甲方变更情况,后继发生的签单消费款仍由乙方承担付款。
If there be any changes in the Part of Party B, Party B should notify Party A in writings and pay all signed expenses before the 10 days. If Party A has not been notified of the changes, Party B is entitled to pay all signed expenses that follows.
