摘 要
物流管理,就是运用计划、组织、控制三大管理职能,借助物流理念和物流技术, 通过运输、搬运、存储、保管和物流信息处理等物流基本活动,对物流系统各要素进行有效组织和优化配置,来解决物流系统中供需之间存在的时间、空间、数量、品种、价格等方面的矛盾,为物流系统的各类客户提供满足要求的物流服务。在公路产品的整个建造过程中,工程项目是一个临时的产品系统而独立的存在,紧密的与物流联系在一起。加强物流管理是工程项目建造的资源保证。本文介绍了在X002线龙伍路改建工程施工中通过加强物流管理,保证了项目目标的最终实现,具有一定的实践意义。

The Research of Physical Distribution Management of X002 Line Longwu Road Reconstruction Engineering
Abstract
上Jnysical distribution management provides services for all kinds of customers. 1 o soⅣe contradictions among ,variety,price in physical distribution system,which can be achieved by using anizing, controlling the three maj or management functions,with the concept of physical distribution and physical distribution technology,through base activitv such as
transportation,handling,storage and physical distribution information processing. In the process of road construction,the project program is a temporary product in the form of independence,and closely linked with physical distribution.
Strengthening physical distribution management is the resource assurance of the construction paper introduce that strengthening physical distribution management can guarantee the progect X002 line Longwu Road reconstruction engineering,SO it has some practical significance.
