摘要
本文首先对六西格玛管理理论及其实施工具进行了介绍和总结,并引入了六西格玛管理的定义、测量、分析、改进和控制(DMAIC)方法。尔后针对华强三洋公司的实际提出了通过实施六西格玛管理实现对材料库存成本进行有效控制的目标。
对华强三洋公司材料库存问题进行了介绍和详细定义,建立起了项目目标,确定了人员、顾客、顾客需求和客户声音。运用六西格玛管理工具对实际库存数据进行统计分析,实现了库存过程流程测量,通过分析材料库存过程发现了华强三洋公司在材料库存管理方面的问题,在此基础上实现了库存过程信息的改善和库存管理的精细化,根据实施改进方案后的数据进行了库存控制分析研究。结果证明,通过实施六西格玛管理,公司材料库存成本有了明显下降,取得了显著经济效益,达到了项目目标。
最后对华强三洋实施六西格玛管理中的问题进行了总结,对中国企业实施六西格玛管理的相关问题进行了总结和思考。

Abstract
In this paper, six sigma management theory and its implementing tools are summarized, and the six sigma management methodology, define, measure, analysis, improve and control(DMAIC) is introduced. Then the objective of effectively controlling of stock cost by implementation of six sigma management is created according to the situation in HuaQiang-SANYO( thereafter HQ for short ).
The issues of stock of stuff in HQ are introduced and detailedly defined, the program objectives are founded, and the participant, customers, customer requirements, and the voice of customers are identified. The stock data are analyzed with the six sigma management tools, the measurements of stock process flow are carried out. By analyzing the process of stock of stuff, some problems of HQ in management of stock of stuff are identified. Based on this, the improvement of stock process information and the refinement of stock management are achieved, after implementation of improvement solutions, stock control analysis are done. The results proved that stock cost is decreased obviously by implementation of six sigma management, significant economic benefits are achieved, which reaches t
