数控铣床外齿铣刀架结构设计
摘要:  铣齿是一种常用的机械加工方法,普通铣齿不仅生产效率低、加工质量不稳定,而且齿尺寸变化的适应性差,加工成本较高。为了解决这些问题,使加工过程自动化,设计一种专用的数控机床——数控滚铣一体机。本文介绍了数控铣齿机的刀架以及分度盘的基本结构,工作原理,铣齿机有关部件的计算及控制。该数控滚铣一体机利用展成法原理,加工直、斜圆柱齿轮、蜗轮、小锥度齿轮、鼓形齿轮、及花键,该机床适用于重型汽车制造、起重机械、矿山、船舶制造、电梯、冶金、发电设备、工程机械行业等。
