摘要
当今发展国民经济的一个重要保障就是机械制造工业的飞速发展。随着时间的发展,机械设计水平的高低已成为衡量一个以及国防力量的重要标志之一。所以进行零件机械加工工艺规程及夹具的设计有着重要的意义。
本次设计的任务是制定年产量为50~500件的壳体零件的成组机械加工工艺规程并设计其中某一重要工序的夹具。此壳体用于安装谐波减速器各个零件,使其获得正确的装配关系。
零件材料为铸造铝合金,故毛坯成形采用铸造的方法。通过对零件技术要求和零件特点的分析,对不同型号的谐波减速器采用成组加工工艺和成组夹具。确定各种回转表面及端面采用车削加工,其中对于重要的回转表面及端面采用粗车—半精车—精车加工方法,次要回转表面及端面采用粗车—半精车加工方法;螺孔采用钻孔-攻丝加工方法。
对10工序的夹具进行了设计,为保证螺孔的位置精度,选用钻夹具。

Abstract
Now the rapid development of machining manufacture is an important safeguard of the national economy industry. With the time passing by, the machining design level has e a vital symbol which stands for the level of science and technology, economy, as well as the national defense capability. Therefore ponents machine-finishing technological process and the jig design will play a great role.
The mission of this project is to establish the machining process regulations of a set of shells with a 50~500 yearly output. The clamp of a certain procedure is also designed. The shells are mainly used to ponents of the harmonic speed changer so that the right assembly connection can be gained.
The material of the shells are cast aluminium alloy, so we use founding as the way to get roughcast. Through the analysis of technical request and characteristics of the shells, group machining method and modular jig are used to produce the shells of harmonic speed changers. All the rotative surfaces and end surfaces are produced by turning processing. Among those the most important surfaces are processed by rough turning-semifinishing-finish turning and other surfaces by rough turning-semifinishing. For screws, we use the process of drilling- threading.
The clamp of procedure 10 is designed during which the drilling jigs are used to assure the positional accuracy of the screws.
