本设计是以煤焦油为原料的延迟焦化工艺流程的设计。由于原油价格的不断上涨,石油资源的日渐枯竭。世界各国以纷纷采取不同的方法,寻找石油的替代品。煤焦油——一种原油的替代品,它是从煤中提炼出来的,其中含有大量的燃料油馏份,及其重要有机化工原料,但由于残碳值高,杂质含量高,不宜采用对原料要求较高的方法加工。而延迟焦化工艺则正好满足这一要求。故本设计采取延迟焦化工艺对30万吨煤焦油进行加工。本设计不仅满足现代市场形势的要求,还能满足加工中的工艺要求,可以说是一举两得的方案。本设计中介绍了延迟焦化工艺改进方法;煤焦油的现代化加工方法;分别对延迟焦化分馏塔、焦化加热炉和焦炭塔进行工艺计算。详尽阅读了三篇外文——生产石油针状焦的新技术、延迟焦化的能耗分析和改进、重油热裂化的仿真工艺的计算机辅助工具。最后还绘制了延迟焦化分馏塔及浮阀塔盘和延迟焦化工艺流程图。

Abstract
This design is take the coal-tar oil as raw material delayed coking technical process design. as a result of crude oil price unceasing rise, oil resource day after day depletion. The various countries by adopts the different method in abundance, seeks the crude oil the substitute. The coal-tar oil - - one kind of crude oil substitute, it is refines from the coal, in which includes the massive bunker oil fraction, and anic industrial chemicals, but because the carbon residue value is high, the foreign inclusion is high, uses not suitably to raw material request high method processing. But delayed coking craft then happen to satisfies this request. Therefore this design adopts the delayed coking craft to carry on the processing to 300,000 tons coal-tar oil. Not only this design satisfies the modern market situation the request, but also can satisfy in the processing the technological requirement, may say is plan which kills two birds with one stone. In this design introduced the delayed coking craft improvement method; Coal-tar oil modernization processing method; Separately to the delayed coking fractionating tower, cokes the heating furnace and the coke tower carries on the process design.
