研究不育男性和生育男性的精液密度、活力,形态,观察适合的截断值,目
前的w H O标准不能完全满足临床工作的需要。
方法
我们评价了80例不育男性和35例生育男性的精液标本。其中不育组女性生
育评价正常,月经规律,排卵正常,输卵管造影通畅,排除宫颈因素不孕。精子
密度和活力我们采用Makler计数板手工计数,在1小时内检测,精子形态染色后,
根据严格标准评价。我们运用R

O

C曲线进行诊断能力评价,进而得到适合的截
断值,探讨精子密度、活力,形态在诊断不育与生育方面的价值。
结果
评价能力最好的参数是精子形态,A u ,精子密度和精子活力的A U
。用敏感性和特异性分析数据时,×
106/ml,敏感性和特异性分别为70%%,精子活力截断值为45%,敏感性和
%%,精子形态截断值为9%,敏感性和特异性分别为71%
和77%。
结论
精子密度、活力、 106/ml,45%,9%。精子密度、活
力,形态能够把人群分为生育组和不育组,但不能完成独立诊断,需要几个指标
相结合,其中精子形态的诊断能力较好。
