本文以关山隧道为依托,研究了断层破碎带承压水段隧道施工的关键技术,针对高水压断层破碎带隧道的处治措施,建立了高水压断层破碎带隧道施工过程地下水渗流演变数值模型,采用FLAC软件,运用差分原理,对比分析了三种不同止水方案下的衬砌水压力,对于关山隧道可能发生的灾害类型和环境保护的要求以及隧道结构稳定的目的,提出以地下水限量排放为主要目标的隧道施工措施。分析了深孔围幕预注浆在断层破碎带承压水段的适用性,给出了注浆施工步骤和施工要点以及施工质量事故的预防措施,并就深孔围幕预注浆的设计、施工进行了工程验证。就隧道防排水构造施工出现的不良现象,给出了关于防水板铺挂、纵向排水管安装、初期支护渗漏水处置等的改进措施和要求。

Abstract
This paper based on Guanshan tunnel, studied the fault fracture zone pressure water tunnel construction technology, in view of the high pressure tunnel in the treatment measures, established a high pressure tunnel construction process of groundwater flow numerical model evolution, using FLAC software,by applying the difference parative analysis of three different water project under the water pressure on tunnel lining, the Guanshan tunnel may disaster type and environmental protection requirements and the tunnel structure and stability of purpose,put forward to groundwater limited drainage as the main target of the tunnel construction measures. Analysis of the deep hole curtain grouting in fault broken zone the applicability of confined water, given the injection construction steps and key points of construction and construction quality accident prevention measures. And around the curtain grouting deep hole gets the design and construction of the engineering for tunnel drainage construction undesirable phenomenon, given on the waterproof board laying hanging, longitudinal drainage pipe installation, the initial support of leakage water disposal measures and requirements.
