汽车悬架变刚度螺旋弹簧最优化设计

摘要借鉴离散化思想并结合已有的弹簧设计理论及方法, 提出一种变刚度圆柱螺旋弹簧的最优化设计方法, 给出其基本的设计过程,并基于 VC ++ 610 开发了可视化优化程序。采用该程序对实例中的弹簧进行优化分析运算; 结果表明,该算法可行、有效,且使弹簧的设计、计算更为简单、精确、实用,提高了工作效率。关键词: 汽车悬架变刚度螺旋弹簧优化设计中图分类号: U461 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 1671 —3133 (2006) 11 —0112 —03

Abstract An op ti al design method was imp lemented for variable stiffness cylinder coil sp ring basing on the ideas of dispersion m variable op tim izing method and the existing design theory and method of sp ring Provided the basic design p rocess and developed . the visual op tim izing p rocedure using VC ++ 610 used the p rocedure to carry on the op tim ized analysis operation to the sp ring in the instance. The result indicates that the algorithm is feasible and effective, and makes the design and calculation of the sp ring
