摘要:基于 CREO 建立车架的三维结构模型,利用 ANSYS Workbench 的 Modal 模块对车架进行模态分析。分析结果表明,车架振动以弯曲振动为主,振动区域主要集中在车架前部。车架固有频率都大于发动机怠速激励频率和路面激励频率,但是第一阶模态频率接近发动机怠速激励频率,可能引发共振。为了改善车架的模态性能,对车架进行改进,结合模态分析结果,可知改进后的车架模态性能得到改善。

Modal Analysis of Crawler Beach Cleaner Frame

In order to improve the modal performance, the frame is improved. The modal analysis results prove that the frame modal performance is improved.

0 引言
沙滩清洁车是专门用于清洁沙滩、清扫沙滩垃圾的专用设备。本文研究的沙滩清洁车的底盘用的是摆动式履带底盘,运动惯性大,缓冲减振作用小[1]。沙滩清洁车最主要的作业环境是不平整的沙滩,无论在行驶还是在作业过程中都会产生振动。车架是清
