THIS AGREEMENT is made at the 18th May 2011.
BETWEEN
Petromatad Invest Limited (Company No. CR-171709, incorporated in Cayman Islands) of 3905 Two Exchange Square, Suite No. 7735, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong (the “Operator”) of the one party,
AND
DQE International, No 2 Xiliu Street, Ranghulu District, Daqing, P. R. China (the “Contractor”) of the other party
WHEREAS
A. The Operator is engaged in the exploration for hydrocarbons and wishes to engage the Contractor to perform workover ,well testing and perforating operations.
B. The Contractor is engaged in the business of and is ready, willing and able to carry out the workover rig, well testing and perforating services and other work under this Agreement on the terms and conditions contained herein.
NOW IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOW
INTERPRETATION
DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:
“Work” means the workover, well testing, perforating and other related operations to be performed hereunder by Contractor, as more fully specified in Clause hereto.
“Unit” means Contractor’s workover rig , well testing equipments, perforating equipments and ancillary equipment to be used in the performance of this Agreement, including equipment, machinery, vehicles, camp, tools and materials to be provided or supplied by and/or at the expense of Contractor, as further itemized in ANNEXURE “A” hereto.
“Operator’s equipment” means the materials, supplies, equipment, spare parts, replacements or other items provided or supplied by Operator, as described or referred in ANNEXURE “B” hereto.
