摘要:本设计的内容是XXXX3﹟楼中央空调系统设计。该建筑为商住两用的多功能建筑。
XXXX3﹟楼为22层的高层建筑,主要包括地下一层车库及设备用房、1、2层自选商场和3层西北部分管理用房,其余均为居住用房。。。本次设计主要是为自选商场和管理用房的中央空调设计,同时设计地下车库及设备用房通风排烟系统。
该空调系统为舒适性空调系统。本设计主要是针对自选商场﹑管理用房等功能进行空调设计。为购物人员、工作人员等提供一个舒适健康的环境。
根据节能设计标准要求,结合计算软件,采用谐波法对整个大楼的冷负荷进行逐时计算;分析负荷日变化和全年变化情况,通过多个方案的可行性论证和经济性比较,结合实际的能源政策,选用了节约稳定的冷热源运行策略。在设计计算的基础上,还进一步分析比较了不同建筑维护结构、设计参数、空调方案等对能耗的影响,提出空调系统各环节存在的问题及节能潜力。
本设计不仅仅是对我们所学****知识系统性的考验,也是锻炼我们用所学的理论知识和基本技能分析解决实际问题能力的重要环节。通过设计综合运用和深化所学的专业理论知识,培养独立创新的能力,解决工程实际问题的能力。能够从中得到工程技术和科学研究的基本训练

The loudi shangdouNo3 Building is a 22 high-rise building, including a layer of underground garage space and equipment, the 1st and 2nd floors is the self-service shopping malls and a part of the 3th floor’s northwest is the on-demand management space, and the remaining are living space. Building’s height is meters. Qunlou’s height is meters. The design is primarily for the self-service shopping malls and the on-demand management space’s central air conditioning design, and the design of underground garage space and equipment space’s ventilation exhaust system.
The air-conditioning system is fortable of air-conditioning system. The design is targeted mainly on self-service shopping malls and space-on-demand management, and other functions of air-conditioning space system. For this way, it can provide fortable and healthy environment for shoppers and working staff.
As a general load calculation method, it uses cooling load factor method to calculate buildings cold, heat, moisture load, in accordance with the design of the building in different parts of the structure and purposes, taking full account of the indoor environment fort, convenience operation management and
